Cricketer turned TV personality Andrew Flintoff, aka Freddie Flintoff, has been named as the first menswear ambassador for outdoor clothing retailer Regatta, and will launch a spring/summer range with the brand in May, followed by an autumn/winter collection later this year.
The new range, which includes clothing made from sustainable cotton and recycled plastic, is said to be ideal for 'the great British summer', and Flintoff said of the partnership 'Regatta is a great brand that shares my love for adventure and having a good time in the outdoors. I’m excited to finally be able to show off the collection which is made up of pieces I love and can wear again and again - like the Asher utility parka which is made from 11 recycled plastic bottles'.
